Reiki is a Japanese technique for balancing the bodies energy which relieves stress and helps relaxation, and in turn promotes healing. Reiki is a complementary therapy, and as such can be used alongside other conventional treatments to help provide emotional support during recovery.

Meditation sessions are geared to help relieve stress and help relaxation either on a one to one basis or in a group session. Additionally, some basic meditation techniques are taught to help support other ‘self-help’ coping mechanisms.
